Terms of Service

Welcome to Footography. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Footography. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Footography. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the service under applicable law.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile truthful (one real person per account, no impersonation).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
3. Acceptable use & community rules
You agree not to:
- Use the App if you are under 18, or interact with anyone you believe is under 18;
- Post or send content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, harassing, hateful, violent, or that infringes others’ rights;
- Share another person’s private information without consent;
- Solicit money, run scams, spam, or advertise;
- Use bots, scrape data, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service;
- Create fake or duplicate profiles.
We provide block and report tools and use automated and human review to enforce these rules. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.
4. Content you share
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By posting content, you grant Footography a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the service (including safety moderation). You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Subscriptions & purchases
- Footography may offer paid subscriptions and in-app purchases, billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the respective app store.
6. Safety disclaimer
Footography helps people meet, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on users and cannot guarantee the conduct or identity of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions. Always use good judgment, meet in public places, and tell a friend where you are going.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, the conduct of other users, or content shared through the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete Your Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Operator, governing law & contact
Footography is operated by LORDLY, a company registered in France (SIREN 989287271 — VAT FR64989287271), registered office: 58 rue de Monceau, CS 48756, 75380 Paris CEDEX 08, France.
