Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Footography account (operated by LORDLY) and the personal data associated with it at any time. Choose any of the methods below.

Option 1 — Request deletion online

Enter the email address linked to your Footography account and submit the form. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

Option 2 — In the app

Open Footography and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings (gear icon).
Open Account & Security (or Account).
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is removed as described below.

Option 3 — By email

You can also email contact@lordly.us from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, age, gender, bio, interests, preferences);
Your photos;
Your matches and conversations;
Your account identifiers and push-notification token.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required to:

Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (e.g. purchase records held by the app stores);
Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements;
Prevent fraud and abuse (e.g. records of banned accounts).

Such data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted. Residual copies in backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription should be cancelled separately in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
