Child Safety Standards

Footography - feet finder app (package com.feetfinders.app, also listed as “Footography”, “Footography - finder app” and “FeetFinder - footography app”), published on Google Play by Finder App and operated by LORDLY, has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or behavior that endangers minors. CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited on Footography. This page describes the standards we apply, as required by Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Adults only
Footography is a dating service exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the App. We take steps to prevent and remove underage accounts.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, a report to law enforcement:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind;
- Sexualization of minors, including text, images, or solicitation;
- Grooming, enticement, or attempts to contact or exploit a minor;
- Trafficking or any exploitation of children.
3. How we prevent and detect abuse
- Automated moderation: uploaded images are scanned for explicit and illegal content using automated detection (Google Cloud Vision).
- Reporting tools: every user can block and report another user or content directly in the App.
- Human review: reports are reviewed and actioned, including account suspension and removal.
- Account removal and ban: content that violates this policy is removed and the accounts involved are permanently banned. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
4. Reporting and escalation
If you encounter content or behavior that endangers a child, please report it immediately:
- In the App, use the Report option on any profile or conversation (choose “Underage User” or “Inappropriate Content”).
- In the App, go to Settings → Report a Safety Concern (or Settings → Send Feedback) to send a message directly to our team without leaving the App.
- Email us at contact@lordly.us with the subject “Child Safety Report”.
We act on credible CSAE reports promptly. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we remove it, ban the account, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant national or regional authorities, and preserve relevant data for law-enforcement investigations as required by law.
5. Compliance
Footography complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates, including CSAM reporting obligations, and with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters is reachable at contact@lordly.us.
